Installing a mapping

Installation

1. Download

   Get the mapping from the Cfx.re portal (see Getting your purchases) and extract the archive.

2. Add the resource

   Copy the folder into resources, without renaming it.

3. Start the resource

   server.cfgCopy

   ensure mapping_name

4. Restart the server

   Fully restart the server, then go to the location to check that it loads.

Avoiding conflicts

Remove or disable any other mapping installed at the same spot on the map: two overlapping mappings cause duplicate objects, flickering textures or holes in the scenery.

Dependencies

Some mappings need an additional script. For example, Quartier Le Consolat V1 needs an elevator script for the apartments and the basement. Dependencies are listed in the description of each mapping.
