Yes: YF-Kush and YF-Fleeca work on ESX, QBCore, Qbox or without a framework. They require ox_lib, ox_inventory and ox_target; YF-Kush also uses oxmysql. YF-PlateFlip is fully standalone: it only needs OneSync.

A sound pack gives a vehicle its own realistic engine sound. It is not sold on its own: only together with the purchase of its vehicle. As many models share similar sounds, a sound you already own can be used for other vehicles.
